Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 2026

America’s Next Investment, Inc. operates ANI Deal Board at https://anidealboard.com/ (“ANI Deal Board,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, submit or view listings, request information about an opportunity, or use our related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy applies to website visitors, registered users, listing owners, and individuals who communicate with us. Our Terms of Use govern your use of the Services. This Policy does not replace any separate consent required by applicable law.

1. Information Collection
We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated through your use of the Services.

Contact and account information. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, company name, professional role, account credentials, and communication preferences.

Listing and profile information. When you submit a listing or create a profile, we collect the business descriptions, opportunity details, documents, photographs, links, and other materials you provide.

Inquiry information. When you request information about an opportunity, we collect the contact details, questions, investment interests, and other information you submit.

Communications. We collect information contained in emails, support requests, feedback, and other communications you send to us.

Payment information. If you purchase a paid service, we and our payment service providers process the information necessary to complete and maintain the transaction, including billing information, payment status, and transaction records.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, complete financial account details, government identification documents, or other sensitive information through public listings or ordinary inquiry forms.

If you provide personal information about another person, you are responsible for having lawful authority to do so.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.

Where consent is required for a particular use, we obtain that consent separately.

3. Investor Inquiries and Listing Owners
When you request information about a listing, we share the information you submit with the relevant listing owner or its authorized representative so they can respond to your request.

Your inquiry may be recorded in a customer relationship management system used by ANI or the listing owner to manage communications and follow-up concerning that opportunity.

Listing owners are independent parties responsible for their own handling of the information they receive. Their privacy practices may differ from ours. You should review their privacy notices before providing additional information.

Submitting an inquiry does not constitute an investment commitment, verification of accredited-investor status, or blanket consent to unrelated marketing.

4. Public Listings and Profiles
Information you include in publicly visible listings, profiles, or other public submissions may be viewed, copied, downloaded, or indexed by other users and search engines.

Only publish information you are authorized to disclose. Do not include confidential business materials or personal information you do not want others to access.

We cannot control copies made by other parties. Removing content from ANI Deal Board may not remove copies already retained or published elsewhere.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies may include pixels, web beacons, and local storage.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any privacy controls provided on the website. Disabling certain cookies may affect account access or other features.

Where required by law, we obtain consent before using nonessential cookies or similar technologies.

Third-party services embedded in or linked from the website may collect information under their own privacy policies. Where analytics or advertising technologies constitute a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law, the required disclosures and opt-out controls apply. We honor legally required opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for processing subject to those requirements.

7. Service Providers and Other Disclosures

We may engage third-party companies and individuals to provide hosting, technical support, account administration, communications, customer relationship management, analytics, security, payment processing, and other services.

Service providers receive information reasonably necessary to perform their assigned functions and must handle information subject to applicable contractual and legal restrictions.

  • In connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable privacy protections.

We do not authorize service providers to use information received on our behalf for unrelated purposes contrary to their obligations.

8. Marketing Communications
We may send information about ANI Deal Board, relevant opportunities, and related ANI services where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by contacting us.

We may continue sending necessary account, transaction, security, and legal communications. Any telephone or text-message marketing requiring consent is subject to separate disclosures and consent requirements.

9. Information Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.

Retention depends on factors including account activity, the nature of the information, legal and accounting requirements, security needs, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete it or appropriately deidentify it, subject to lawful retention requirements and backup deletion cycles.

Account closure does not automatically require immediate deletion of all records.

10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We provide security-incident notices when required by applicable law.

13. International Users
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we implement the required safeguards. Use of the Services alone does not replace any separate authorization required by law.

Where European Economic Area or United Kingdom data protection laws apply, we process information on appropriate grounds, including contract necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required. You may exercise applicable rights or complain to your competent data protection authority.

14. Children’s Privacy
ANI Deal Board is intended for adults age 18 or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information through the Services, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
